We are a group of indoor cycling lovers!! Passionate about health and fitness we love our spinning classes and all things indoor cycling. We welcome all levels of experience from instructors, to students, beginners and the simply curious that have always wanted to try it. We do beginner workshops, classes, and free flowing rides with great music and videos in a fun, social environment. This is a a great group if you want to stay fit, network, and socialize all at the same time.

This group is for everyone interested in the physical practice of yoga. If you are yoga curious, desire to get back into a yoga practice or a practicing Yogi or Yogini this group is for you. We offer yoga instruction on the beach as well as indoors. Beach classes allow you to learn/practice yoga on beautiful, pristine sand surrounded by nature, with the sounds of the Gulf as your music.
